Life is continuous but to make sense of it we split it into cycles - start-continue-stop - of experience and achievement. Not much pleasure in a cycle that never completes - in that case we wouldn't even want it to start. We want a good outcome, naturally, but with an exciting journey, not just an arrival. Creating your life and your path ahead - not just following orders, copying others or meeting expectations, but instead, true to your heart. As Steve Maraboli said, "Judge me if you want, but at the end of my life I choose to have memories, not regrets."
