Proceeding to enter information into the above form and submitting it to register and become a member of the Trans4mind Buddy Service, requires that you accept the following terms and conditions...
  1. The information entered will be accessible for public view, to other members of the Trans4mind Buddy System who have registered and logged in to the site online at Trans4mind.com. The exception is your email address and password, which are never publicly viewable.
  2. Discussions between members are the responsibility of the parties involved. Trans4mind has no knowledge of the content of any communication between members, and has no liability for offense caused nor any other misdemeanor between one member and another.
  3. Advice given by one member to another, or offered by a Trans4mind Guide, cannot be guaranteed to be good advice. No advice offered in discussions within this service can be considered a substitute for professional services from a psychotherapist, healthcare practitioner, psychiatrist or physician. When such professional advice is needed by the individual member, they should consult a professional. Personal development information, products and services are intended for normally happy and well individuals to help in the process of personal growth and advancement, and certainly not as any form of therapy.
