your destiny through - Meditation:
Find a quiet place. Light a candle. Sit in a comfortable chair with an upright back. Relax, letting your eyes rest gently on the candle flame. If you haven't a candle pick another object to rest your eyes on. Breathe slowly. Let your awareness settle on your heart, at the hollow centre of your chest. Let your breath slow naturally as much as possible. Silently count from 1 - 30 with each outbreath. Do this for 5 mins. Emerge from the meditation slowly. Proceed with the exploration straight away.
Your empowering affirmation - "I know my destiny"
Your form of expression - Spontaneous Drawing
To know your destiny undertake the meditation method above. Before
you practice the meditation have a pad, coloured pens and a sheet
of paper ready. In the meditation repeat the affirmation "I know
my destiny." Once your meditation is complete remain seated and
keep your awareness centred in your heart. Pick up the pad, pen and
paper beside you and start drawing spontaneously. Do not attempt to
judge, edit or control what you are drawing. Simply let the images
flow. Draw quickly freehand and use colour to enliven your images.
Fill one A4 piece of paper. After this put the paper away. Return
to this page a few days later to reflect on what you have drawn.
use this technique to help your inner calling, mentor and guide assist
you with any issue of concern. To source appropriate help choose an
empowering affirmation; for example "I imagine my future home"
or "I imagine my future working life."
