The Wisdom of the Woods
This video introduces a serialised fictional story by Wallace Huey, The Wisdom of the Woods, which conveys spiritual Truths through the eyes of a Woodsman. The bulk of this fictional tale is set in the Woodsman's bedroom where he is visited, as he lies on his deathbed, by members of the community to which he belongs. He coaches them in how to go beyond all difficulties through understanding the lessons and truths found in nature. The book ends with profound transformation, as the whole community is touched by his passing. The video features a song by Steve Wyse.

Christian the Lion
In 1969, two friends, John Rendall and Ace Berg, purchased a lion. They named him Christian and raised him in their London home. Within a year, Christian had grown to 185 lbs and they realized they couldn’t keep him much longer. Two actors from the film Born Free recommended a conservationist, George Adamson, living in Kenya. Christian was soon in Africa where he was rehabiliated and released into the wild.
In 1974, Rendall and Berg decided to visit Christian one last time. He was now a wild animal. Adamson told them it was doubtful that Christian could be found. No one had seen him in nine months. The two flew to Kenya, anyway. On the day they landed, Christian appeared outside Adamson’s camp. Somehow, he knew. He waited outside the camp until Rendall and Berg arrived. This video was taken during their reunion with Christian.
