Trans4mind stands as a landmark in the world of personal development, because it is being devised, presented and maintained by the power of love. Trans4mind intends to harness the limitless power of the Internet alongside workshops in local communities, in all the main world languages, to offer personal development education and training to every man, woman and young person that is specific to their life challenges. The purpose of this training is to bring joy and happiness to each individual and to develop and strengthen community worldwide.

The Trans4mind vision is not about money; not about sleaze; not about dogma nor persuasion... the values behind very many sites on the Internet. Instead, Trans4mind is about loving service.

We invite participation from suitable people, who share our vision and who wish to contribute to our goal to further develop and expand the Trans4mind services world-wide and in many languages.

Participation in Trans4mind, and in the Trans4mind Network as a whole, is about sharing a global vision of unity and peace. It's a demonstration of universal values, of loving service for the benefit of Mankind. The aim is to help transform human consciousness and therefore the quality of life for millions of people, at this crucial stage in the evolution of our planet. That is the life purpose that Trans4mind service providers share. As you can imagine, it's thrilling and a tremendous privilege to be working with such a great team of people, and if you feel inspired to contribute your energy and talents, you will be most welcome.

We have discovered through our relationships with Trans4mind team members, that in most parts of the world personal development resources are almost non existent. Wallace says, "I remember listening with interest to Orsolya, our Hungarian trainee Service Provider, when she visited me in Ireland. She spoke movingly about how frustration was everywhere and there was little help available. It wasn't just that there were few personal coaches, there weren't even words for this profession in the Hungarian language!"

This situation is true in many regions of the world. Consequently, worldwide there is an enormous human need for education and training in personal development - a need that can best be met through the Internet, such are the vast numbers of people needing help. Trans4mind is committed to meeting that need.

1. Trans4mind Service Providers World-Wide
   We wish to provide the Trans4mind resources and services in all the main languages and regions world-wide; for this task we are looking for people to become a Trans4mind Service Provider for their country. We would like to see Trans4mind being offered in Portuguese, Russian and further Asian languages... indeed, in all the languages of the world. For this to be possible we need the participation of bilingual enthusiasts of our work, who desire to organize the translation of some of the materials and present them as a Trans4mind website in their native language, for the benefit of the people living in their country. The Service Provider would have the opportunity to manage and be responsible for the ongoing development and support of the new Trans4mind site in his or her language. With the support of the Trans4mind management behind them, the Service Provider should fairly quickly have an income generating website up and running. Once established, the Trans4mind brand empowers the Service Provider to go forward from this foundation and build the world's premier personal development website in their native language.

   To become a Service Provider for Trans4mind in your native language is a high calling. We want people to undertake this task for whom building the number-one website in personal development in their native language is their life's purpose. To undertake this task you will need computer literacy including the ability to design web pages, or the willingness to either learn web design or to team up with a web designer. You will need excellent translation abilities, as well as a strong commitment to personal development and leadership skills. You will need to be a self-starter, be self-motivated, able to act on your own initiative, to inspire others, build a team, and manage people with love, ensuring they are able to set and meet targets. You will need to be able to take instruction from the Trans4mind Directors and to understand what is involved in running a small business. 2. Join Up With Existing Service Providers...
   We welcome inquiries from persons who would like to assist or partner with the existing Service Providers to build and expand the sites that have been created or that are under development. If you would like to join one of the existing teams - expanding the eight Trans4mind Network websites in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, Chinese and Arabic - please email Peter Shepherd and she will introduce you to the appropriate service provider.

3. Suggestions
   We welcome suggestions and feedback from users of the website... How could we improve the services? What successes have you achieved using the services? (This can encourage others to do likewise.) And do you have specific suggestions for videos, audios, ebooks and other resources that are freely available and that will be helpful additions to the resources?
