The series of short Inspiration for Your Soul poetic meditations is written to nurture enlightenment in anyone who is going through one of the life challenges illustrated in our Heart to Heart Coaching service. They are written by Wallace Huey, the trans4mind Heart to Heart Coach.
Wallace draws inspiration for his poetic meditations from his Celtic roots and from the people and mist shrouded landscape and seascape of his Irish homeland. In ancient times Ireland, an island in the Atlantic Ocean and the most remote part of Europe, had monasteries and retreats built on mountain summits, river estuaries and island crags. This mystical island was known as the Land of Saints and Scholars. For millennia Irish men and woman have been inspired by this rich heritage to script spiritual poetry and prose. Examples of such writers stretch from Saint Patrick in the 5th century to modern poets like John O'Donohue.
Wallace is currently in the process of writing a sensitively crafted poetic meditation for each type of challenge people face in the Heart to Heart Coaching service.

The Meditation Experience
WORDS: Each poetic meditation can be viewed and read in poster form on a pdf (A4 or US letter size) and printed out for your own personal meditation. Place it somewhere prominent so that you can contemplate upon it. You may be surprised at what you discover!MUSIC: Or you can listen to each one read by Jessica Coffey, set to music by Shirley Cason - just click on the Play button on the audio player ... you can also click the down arrow and download it to your computer and play it on your MP3 player.
PICTURES: Plus Peter Shepherd has created an illustrative video for each meditative poem as well! They are designed to create a safe space for you to switch on your right-brain intuitive powers and be open to the inner knowing of Spirit.
Wallace and Peter invite you to use the poetic meditation along with reading Wallace's life coaching questions and answers, participating in forum discussions, studying relevant articles and making good use of other resources available in the trans4mind Heart to Heart Coaching service. By using these services in a co-ordinated way, contemplating on the poetic meditation will support the approaches you can take to go beyond your current challenging situation.
