Hi Ayal, I have a muscle disease called Charcott Marie Tooth (CMT). I was reading through Q194 and you mentioned taking supplements to rebuild the myelin sheath around the nerves. This is the root cause of my disease - hence, a wasting of my leg/feet and arm/hand muscles. Could you please be more specific as to what supplements l need to take to repair the sheath? I am in Australia and hoping desperately you can advise me further on this....
Hi - there is a supplement called sphingolin that helps with this, as well as one called methyl guard. However, usually with this kind of thing, you need a balanced combination of many supplements. Are you also dealing with this on the mental, emotional, and spiritual level? If not, that is a crucial part of your healing as well. Blessings, Ayal
