Getting clear about money is important, it is only then we can focus on sharing our talents and achieving our life's mission. Removing limiting beliefs and negative associations about money will remove the blocks to allow abundance to flow more easily into our lives.
Of course, true wealth is not measured by money alone, but by the abundance of a person's spiritual, mental, and emotional life. Spiritual abundance takes the form of love, happiness, peace of mind, compassion, generosity, kind-heartedness, enlightenment, and confidence; whereas, properties, fame, money, cars, clothes, and such, are forms of material wealth.
A truly wealthy person is abundant in both spiritual and material riches, although many of the greatest people in history were not enormously wealthy in material things, but they were enormously wealthy in spirit and heart. It seems unfair that many spiritually inclined people struggle to survive and there are those who are cruel hearted and still amasses great fortunes. The most fulfilled and contented among us however, seek a balance, whereby the kind hearted and loving are able to have the money and resources they need to live a comfortable worry free life, allowing them to fulfil their mission and purposes and give their gifts to the world.
Don't allow yourself to be blinded by fear and doubt. If this has been achieved by anyone it can also be achieved by everyone. The starting point is to build abundance awareness, giving yourself permission to prosper.
Three questions to uncover your hidden beliefs about money (credit to my friend Dr Terry Cole-Whittaker). Fill in the blanks:
Money is ...
I believe that having a lot of money will...
Not having a lot of money protects me from ...
Sometimes when we see or hear about someone who has already achieved great financial success launching a new product or business we may be forgiven for thinking something like, "why bother, surely they don't need the money. Why aren't they at the beach or on the golf course?" Living a truly abundant life is about being happy and prosperous by doing the work you love. Our talents are meant to be shared with others.
Money is the energy that flows to someone who gives us something we want or need. When a person does not recognize, develop, or share their talents, then everyone is cheated, especially the one who does not share. Abundance and fulfilment comes when we give of our love through our talents and abilities. Everyone has talent and everyone can make a contribution to the overall plan. Many never know their right place in the scheme of things, but anyone who desires it can find this and prosper as they do what they love.
When we give something of value to another, we can expect to receive some¬thing of value in return, if not immediately then at the right time. If you are not currently experiencing the levels of income you would like, start by taking an honest look at your output. What could you do to be of greater service to your clients, or organisation?
Importantly we must give in advance, not wait until we have plenty before deciding to start. The cycle of circulation is established by building reciprocal relationships. Remember to use money and love people and not the other way around.

"I realize many people use praise in ways that sound frivolous...but I must tell you that your book has changed my life AND I mean that in all ways. I found the entire work wonderfully upbeat, readable and valuable! It really was quite a wakeup call. In the midst of my "trials and tribulations" I had failed to be "me." Anyway, this "talk with you" really did change my life. Thank you! I needed this kind of "kick in the pants." It worked. WOW! You made a huge difference in my world."–Becky, USA
