In the course of reading Akashic Records* for individuals who come to me for a reading, I have found that most of us follow a similar pattern in becoming aware of our spiritual essence and abilities. From what I have observed there are certain stages that open up to us in an orderly fashion.
[*Akashic Records - These are histories of either the journey of souls, Earth, Galactic or Cosmic events. This history is encoded in vibration. The vibrations appear to be on a circular round and similar to what appears to be a backed up computer disk. They are stored in a magnetic spot.]
Right after birth of course there is a period when the body grows and we learn how to walk, talk and become accustomed to our new world. If you can remember this stage of your life you might even be able to sense the guidance of your soul in some elementary level of intuition.
Then there comes an education process. We move on towards puberty becoming aware of our sexual orientation and then we try to define who we are by comparing ourselves to those around us. This is usually a sensitive time for most when even at this early stage we need to find some outlet of healing because even then we could begin to face the issues of soul.
What I mean by this is that there are healing issues that begin to arise which have their basis in past lifetime issues. These begin with issues and challenges as we integrate with our family members primarily and other close relatives. The reason for this is that we come into this world with those that either represent our personal support system in this experience or else they bring forth issues from the past that require healing of some sort.
Many times we are too inexperienced to understand how to deal with such issues since for the most part our parents and other teachers do not understand us and our issues, nor the process behind life that I am describing. So for many this represents a time of great blessings or drama depending how we face the issues of our soul and the tools at our disposal.
During this time of finding our way through the education system and striking out in a field that would become our financial support, we usually meet individuals who represent a great challenge to our spiritual development. We have what could be considered task partners. These are souls who have accompanied us through many of our lifetimes and they act as the catalyst to move us towards the primarily development in a particular lifetime.
I will tell you that this perhaps this is the most painful time of your life if you have married a task partner because they will challenge you at every turn. Their task, and the two of you agreed to this before you came into this lifetime, is to make certain that you reach out for your soul's growth commitment. They do this because through your interaction with them, you will be forced to make decisions that will ultimately guide you to a higher sense of self and accomplishment; that is if you make the right choices.
At the time of this engagement with them you might be embroiled in great personal tragedy such as a traumatic divorce, or even abuse, but when you look back at it later you will see that the choices you made as you faced them initiated great soul growth. But the rub in all of this is that you might not be aware that your partner represented your task partner unless you remember some of your past lifetimes or you searched the akashic records to find this out for yourself, or asked someone else to do this for you. You see, once you understand their part in your life, you can then forgive them and forgive yourself for this time of turmoil. It truly is all about forgiveness and healing for the two of you. This relationship might have brought children into your life and you will need to take care of their needs as this you also agreed to beforehand and so did they.
Depending on how you handled these hurdles, the next part of your soul growth is the spiritual part of your journey. Many are stuck at this stage because they are not aware that there is anything else besides living in this life on a materialistic basis. Or perhaps it seems like too much work to apply themselves to open up the next spiritual doorway.
Trust me when I say that many times spiritual awakening comes out of adversity of some sort. It is the soul's way of ringing our doorbell so we pay attention to what is being presented to us. If we do not awaken to what the soul is trying to teach us and if we ignore these signs, then the soul will bring more challenging opportunities to awaken. Some become distressed as they endure the pain of this process of awakening, not understanding the lessons that are being presented before their very eyes.
It is for this very reason that I write this because it is vitally important to be engaged with something that you perceive as greater than yourself. You will find no happiness or fulfillment of self unless you connect with that greatness wherever your soul points in fulfilling your soul's mission. Yes, this is the time of understanding your mission and fulfilling it.
One more thing before I begin: When you start to remember past lifetimes, you can then remember unconditional love because a soul can reconnect to those spaces between lives where the lessons were given to review that past life. When one works in the world of spirit, there is no time. This means that one can enter that point right before you transitioned in a past lifetime and reconnect with the new planning for the next life.
I remember a past lifetime in great detail and was being tortured to death by my captors. Fortunately I didn't experience the final death scene, but Mother Mary was there to help me cross over and end the suffering for that individual. As I found myself in the next stage, I experienced this unconditional state of love. I can tell you that it is a most remarkable gift to feel this. We hear much about unconditional love, but to feel it and experience it first hand is something you do not forget. I felt that as I reviewed that lifetime, it was my master soul speaking to me.
To remember these past lifetimes is like following the journey of your soul. You start to understand who you are and how you followed your missions and why you are here now and what you must do to complete your overall soul mission. There is a thread that runs to the creation of your soul.
You were created under a soul color that defines your basic reason for being called into spiritual form. The Master Creator planned what could be called the Tree of Life and as they came to each part of the plan it required souls to fulfill a particular part of this plan. Therefore, you were called to complete a particular part of this plan as only you can do. So colors, sound, and the intent of the Master Creator came together to define who you are and therefore placed this inclination into your soul.
When a past lifetime seems to be important to my soul growth I sometimes view it in a vision taking in all the details. One such lifetime was where I and my twin flame were eaten alive as Christians who were thrown to the lions in ancient Rome.
You might say to yourself that this isn't something you may want to relive, but I tell you that I learned so much from that experience.
First of all I learned about the love between two people that is so grand and deep that they would lay down their lives to protect the other. It was good for me to relive this and see that nobility of heart and what it means to love one another.
As you can imagine, there is much trauma, fear and violence in an ending such as this, but I learned so much to see and feel the transition at death. One moment I was suffering and the next I was in spirit with my Beloved looking down upon our bodies.
Words cannot describe what one feels in spirit. One FEELS a great peace, and a great love. I could see those in the ring facing the same terror and fear that I had felt only moments before and I watched them transition with me. I felt no animosity for those who did this to us and I deeply understood that all that mattered was love. I felt very deeply in my soul that love was all there is. There is nothing other than love. We then formed what appeared to be a DNA strand and moved upward to the center of the cosmos and landed on what appeared to be a platform in front of Source.
I remember how we appeared to the Romans who guarded us before our entry into the ring. The Christians' bravery and sense of personal presence changed them in some way. I could tell that they didn't want to be a part of this, but they had no choice other than to carry out the sentence or join us in the ring, and they were not ready to do that yet. Those in the stands were delirious in their chanting for blood and I could feel their depravity as they cheered their approval for torture and suffering.
Moments after transition will not be the same for everyone. Much depends upon your mission as to the next step. However, remembering past lifetimes seems like gathering pearls that you open up and place on a strand. After a while you connect them and a picture starts to emerge showing you who you are and your relationship to life and to God.
We all have had experiences of trauma at the moment of transition and if not cleared from the subtle body, illness can occur in this lifetime. It is said that all illnesses have a basis in spiritual issues. It is also important to clear these issues in preparing for Ascension, but more of that later.
How My Memories Started:
For some people, this skill comes full blown and they are not able to trace an event which triggered this ability. For me, I found that this was a gradual process and I had to work with the process for full and complete success, however I was open to the process. I had developed a thirsting desire in me to know. Perhaps this is true for most of us who start this process. The soul presents clues and one has to pursue them before you open that door where you can review the past.
Earlier I mentioned that sometimes we open to spirit during a tragic time in our lives. That happened to me. My 16 year old son had died in a tragic automobile accident and I had a compulsion to know if he were safe. I had been a member of the Roman Catholic Church and had been taught in their schools, and I understood the teachings, but as a mother who was very close to her son I needed confirmation of his journey. Soon after that I was involved in an automobile accident myself and was involved in a traumatic divorce and felt as if I had lost everything.
NEXT MONTH we will finish this article by explaining how I crossed over the lines of death to find my son and what it meant to my spiritual awakening, and discuss the clues for remembering past lifetimes. You see, I believe that my story is not unique. Each of us goes through some crucible in life that opens doorways to spirit if we are willing to walk through that doorway. Do not be discouraged if you find yourself along a path such as this.
Each soul carries the events of their present lifetime in their subtle body next to the physical body and of course they have access to this information. When one transitions at death, this record is moved to the center of the cosmos where the Cherubim angels add this to their complete record. I call this the Universal Akashic Record. The Cherubim have several duties and caring for these records is one of them. Sometimes Source or Prime Creator asks for a particular record and when this record is reviewed, Source places a geometric shape on the record itself. I read from this level and work with a part of my soul that resides there.
I have found that in this (Earth) dimension, it is the soul's INTENT that counts and not results. This is because we have had to struggle against the dark forces that are in opposition to God and the light. Because of this, sometimes the results of our efforts are out of our control and changed by the dark. On the Galactic level and higher, it is results that count. Keep your focus on God and love yourself.
