These are the nutritional raw ingredients...
  • Apples: remove toxins from the intenstines; stimulate peristalsis and bowels; flush kidneys; natural acids for digestion.
  • Apricots: potassium and magnesium for energy and stamina; iron for blood building; silicon for hair and skin. High in beta carotene = anti cancer.
  • Bananas: potassium
  • Bell pepper: silicon
  • Celery: potassium, sodium
  • Cherries: iron, magnesium, potassium, silicon, vitamin A
  • Citrus: vitamins C and A
  • Cucumbers: silicon
  • Dandelion greens: magnesium
  • Gingeroot: zinc
  • Kale: silenium, calcium
  • Parsley: calcium
  • Strawberries: ellagic acid: anti-cancer


RECIPES


For Skin:
6 carrots
1/2 green bell pepper
handful kale
1/2 handful turnip green

4 carrots
6 oz canteloupe (1/8th)

8 strawberries
4 oz green or purple grapes

5 carrots
1 apple

1/2 inch knob ginger root
6 carrots
1/2 green bell pepper

4 apricots
1 bunch red or green grapes
1 pear

watercress (for acne - mineral needed is silicon)

watercress + 3 times a non-green juice for excema

carrot juice for sunburn


For aches and pains:
pineapple juice
dark leafy greens
comfrey tea


Aching bones and teeth:
calcium drinks, anything with:
broccoli, kale, greens, tangerines


Bleeding gums, gum disease:
citrus, high magnesium(cherries)


Tooth decay:
grape cherry drink

greens
dandelion greens
parsley
kale
carrots


Bruises:
citrus, especially orange juice


Canker sores/fever blisters:
cranberries (quinic acid)


Constipation:
see fiber drinks
also:
asparagus
potatoes
jicama

carrot

apple

Nutritional support:
5 carrots
10 spinach leaves
4 turnip leaves
4 sprigs watercress

Tendonitus, muscles:

1/2 cucumber

1/2 green bell pepper

Body Building:
5-6 carrots 4 kale leaves 4 sprigs parsley

For strength and stamina:
(high mineral)
4 carrots
1 beet w/greens
large handful spinach

4 carrots
2-3 cauliflower florets
1/2 leaf bok choy


For Fatigue:
carrots + celery, parsley, or apple
dandelion greens

2 1 inch pineapple rounds
3 radishes
handful dandelion greens


For hemorrhoids:
jicama + pear = apple

1 slice potato
4 carrots
1 apple
handful parsley


For Headaches:
fennel + apple

celery

4 celery
2 apples


For Migraines:
fennel + apple

pineapple + celery

carrot + cabbage + celery


For motion sickness, also nausea:
ginger


For vitality:
5 carrots
4 oz green grapes
1 apple
3 kiwis
1/4th beet w/greens
1 valencia orange

6 carrots
5 sprigs parsley

2 1 inch pineapple rounds
1 lime w/skin
2-3 tangerines
2-3 whole pitted cherries
1 round pineapple
1/2 chunks pineapple chunks for garnish
1 bunch red grapes

For Vitamin C and potassium:
2 sweet apples
1/2 pomegranate

1 large orange
1/2 lime w/stem

For calcium:
1 small cucumber
4 carrots
3 kale leaves
1/4 green bell pepper

1 beet w/greens


For vitamin A:
4 carrots
1 persimmon
2-3 strips red bell pepper
1 orange
1/2 handful parsley
3 broccoli florets w/stem

12oz canteloupe

For potassium and phosphorus:
(flushes kidneys)
4 -5 cauliflower florets w /stems

For Potassium, magnesium, also vitamin A:
1 orange
1 persimmon
1 1/2-inch pineapple round
1 pear
1/4 cup sparkling mineral water

1 1 inch pineapple round
1 passion fruit
1 small papaya
1 small nectarine


For night blindness:
carrots

apple + fennel


For clear eyes:
6 carrots
1 large handful collard greens, kale, mustard greens or parsley


For anxiety:
any apple celery drink (ratio: 4 apples/2 celery)

For impotence:
ginger root
broccoli
kale
wheat grass


For calm:
2 1-inch thick pineapple rounds
2 stalks celery

4-5 carrots
1 four-inch wedge green cabbage

For rejuvenating the pancreas:
4 carrots

4-5 lettuce leaves
3 oz string beans (3/4 cup)
3 oz brussel sprouts (3-4 sprouts)


For the liver:
1/2 beet w/greens

Upset stomach (plus calcium and phosphorus):
1 1-inch slice jicama
6-7 carrots
handful parsley

(too acidic - gassy)

Digestion:
(good after a workout)
