Return Policy Except for returns due to manufacturing defect covered under warranty, returns on the Clarity Meter only (including the meter itself, case, and AC adapter) will be allowed for a period of 2 weeks after delivery, and only if the meter is in perfect "new" condition. A 10% restocking fee (of the cost of meter only, without sensors, literature or video), plus shipping in both directions, will be charged to cover expenses of checking it out and repackaging. We cannot accept returns of sensors for sanitary reasons, and we do not accept returns on books or videos, as books are seldom received back in resalable condition, and we do not have time or personnel to review/examine videos for damage.
