Save streaming video and music from YouTube directly onto your hard disc…

This is a YouTube downloader program to let you save streaming web videos or music onto your computer. This is one of the best tube downloaders out there if not the very best. This is simply because of its reliability and unmatched unique ability to adapt dynamically to changes on YouTube website without requiring an update. Most youtube downloaders work once in a while unpredictably and crash very often and one in ten don’t even work at all. Don’t worst your time on such software regardless on how long it has been in distribution with fame. Just use our software and you won’t regret it. After all it’s absolutely free with no registration needed.

Capture streaming media for later viewing on your desktop or mobile device. You may then convert files to MOV, MP4, 3GP, WMV, AVI, or MP3. Watch the videos or listen to the music you capture in your own convenient time. The downloading can be from 2 to 10 times faster than regular YouTube download software tools. This software program allows you to select the quality at which you want to download the videos. The selectable video quality levels include lower quality flash videos, mp4 wide screen quality to high definition quality.

If you use a Mac, as I do, the best I’ve found to download YouTubes is with the browser plugin/extension FastestTube.

What is Personal Development and Why Bother?

Posted on January 1st, 2012 in Daring, Personal, Site News, trans4mind | 2 Comments »

Part of the nature of humans is to be constantly developing, growing and moving toward a balanced and mature way of being. Our present personality is determined by both who and what we have been and by the person we strive to become. The goal of personal development is to learn and apply that which enables us to attain emotional wellbeing, understanding and effectiveness, and to share this knowledge with others.

Personal development works by…
enhancing and integrating rational, emotive and intuitive faculties – mind, body and spirit working in unison.

Personal development empowers us…
to live a happy and fulfilling life, through exercising free choice, seeing objective truth and realizing the highest degree of purpose.

Using the personal development resources at Trans4mind you can become your own life coach – or learn to help and coach others. What you learn carries over to your career and professional development, and working well in a team. As your responsibility expands, so does your leadership… fully aligned with your inner knowing, values and life purpose, and guided by the principle of loving service.

But why bother now?
Personal development is the conscious evolution of human nature, and yet throughout history it has been sorely lacking! Although it is in our nature to learn and grow, we are held back by our culture, which is predominantly focused on survival needs, each of us in competition with others, and our spiritual inner nature is repressed. The animal rules. We make no room for unconditional love.

Even though the culture may have evolved with technological advancement and administrative complexity, human nature has not moved forward as it might. We are now paying the price for human selfishness and inconsideration. Looking at the outlook in 2012, the quality of our lives on this planet – even our survival – now depends on each of us taking responsibility for our personal growth.

We truly need a more conscious Mankind and that begins at home, with each one of us.

The human being needs to awaken to the soul that inhabits each body and is our true self and source of inner knowing. Awaken through a process of self-discovery, leading to one’s own, self-directed spirituality. We need to become mindfully conscious instead of ruled by the dictates of instincts, past habits and fixed beliefs. We need to throw away dogma, open our minds and reconsider. Instead of fear about our survival and competitive angst, we will then be motivated by compassionate understanding and creative love.

It is said, whatever you are willing to put up with is exactly what you will have. Well enough of that, it is time to overturn the tables in the temple, to insist on reform wherever we find injustice, greed or waste. And first and foremost to reform our own way of living – to raise the flags of our dearest held values up high. For those that do move forward, the next epoch – that is almost upon us as we move into 2012 – will be a celebration of human cooperation and shared love. It’s our best hope for the future – and it’s in our hands. We have the tools.

The Best Inspirational Quotes and Personal Development Videos

Posted on December 31st, 2011 in Site News, trans4mind | 7 Comments »

Trans4mind has what we feel are the best selections of inspirational quotes and personal development videos, and we’ve recently made these collections even better.

Every newsletter or ezine over the past 13 years has included some quotes that I found particularly insightful, and they’ve been collected online at Words of Wisdom and in its accompanying ebook. Over Christmas I’ve been working on updating the site and ebook and so I’m happy to offer you the latest PDF version to download right here and now…

Download ‘Words of Wisdom’

ALSO, if you like inspiring quotes, please follow me on Twitter and receive several new quotes per day on your mobile, plus article links and news. Also you may like to connect ‘face to face’ at my personal Facebook as well.

In addition, over Christmas I added a lot of YouTube videos that I had bookmarked over many months to The Best Personal Development Videos. Each has something unique to offer. I know you can find these for yourself, but it’s nice to go to a place where lots of good ones are already collected. The categories are…

Find Your Life Purpose
Creativity and Career
Reaching Your Goals
Success and Abundance
Communication and Relationships
Child Development and Parenting
Coping With Grief
Understanding Your Sexual Feelings
Community and Society
Health and Fitness
What is Life Coaching?
Motivation and Leadership
Happiness and Wellbeing
Spiritual Development
Understanding Spiritual Experiences
What is the Purpose of Life?
What is Love?
Law of Attraction
Meditation and Consciousness
NDEs and the Afterlife
Ascension 2012
Esoteric History and Philosophy

Owners add and remove videos all the time. I try to keep up with it but if you ever find a video is missing, please drop me a line – I’d be most obliged. Then I can resource a replacement.

Bye Cultivate Life Magazine – Hi Trans4mind Newsletter!

Posted on December 20th, 2011 in Recommended, Site News, trans4mind | 1 Comment »

Today marks the final edition of Cultivate Life! Magazine. Greg Willson, the editor in Australia, can no longer afford to contribute 3 days each week and instead he’ll be focusing on the Trans4mind eBooks imprint, which has started well and has just greatly expanded its distribution, including into the iBookstore. Furthermore, the magazine format we have been offering has proven unpopular, with only a few percent of subscribers reading each issue, which is hardly encouraging. So changes are needed, hopefully to something even better…

So… in 2012 I’m reverting to the popular format of olden times, the Trans4mind Newsletter, with a selection of articles included in full within the email. Not too many, though, just two or three. Because there will be no online version from now on, it will be less time consuming to produce. So win-win, I hope. In addition, each issue will feature a brand new PDF eBook, available exclusively for subscribers to download. These will be well worth reading and collecting, I promise you.

As this is the final issue of CLM, Greg has put together a line up of CLM favourites. In this issue #66 we feature a two-chapter excerpt of the T4M ebook, The Lightworker. As this is also the Christmas issue, Guy Finley has come to the party with a free download of his 8-hour, 8 MP3 course, Seven Steps to Oneness. This currently sells on his website for $24.95 but is free to Cultivate Life readers who use the provided link.

Readers will also be able to download Joyce Shafer’s multi-article pdf, You Are More, which has already chalked up about 10,000 reads.

Note: Past online and PDF issues of the full Cultivate Life! Magazine remain available exclusively to Members of the World of Inspiration eLibrary.

Life Mastery Questionnaire is back – and more!

Posted on October 22nd, 2011 in Site News, trans4mind | 5 Comments »

The free Life Mastery Questionnaire is back at Trans4mind! We’ve been working away behind the scenes, so that in addition we are now offering paid Web Support to help you master your priority life challenges…

Do the free Life Mastery Questionnaire…

  • Discover where you are challenged and most stressed in life
  • Learn which aspect of your life is your greatest challenge — plus your further challenges in priority order

Use our paid Web Support for your Life Mastery Training program…

  • Create a program for mastering the challenges that you face
  • Do the program in your own time and in your own way
  • Learn the key new skills and insights you need
  • Be empowered to grow in peace by mastering each challenge
  • In doing so become a master in the art of living

The Web Support includes a wealth of information – articles, ebooks, videos, questionnaires, and so on – organized to best help the individual (by acquiring the necessary information and skills) to do much better in the specific areas in which he or she is challenged most. Many of the resources are now exclusively available for paid members of Life Mastery Training.

This leaves the parent Trans4mind.com website looking much as it did four years ago, run by myself alone, before the arrival of Wallace Huey and Heart to Heart Coaching. Although there is still a lot to read and use at Trans4mind, and more free resources than ever, this change makes the Trans4mind site simpler and more accessible. Similarly, the web resources particularly appropriate for overcoming life challenges will now be more focused and accessible, without the distractions of the rest of the Trans4mind site, and this remarkable Life Mastery Web Support service deserves the modest lifetime payment that we now charge, I feel.

Right now I’m off to Dublin for a week, to help Wallace present Life Mastery at the Mind Body Spirit exhibition (21-23 Oct). If you’re in Dublin, please do come and visit us. Then in November a new series of Life Mastery Workshops will be run by Wallace Huey in Dublin, one per week over the next year. And participants at these workshops will be able to sign up for the Web Support, just as Trans4mind visitors can. There is in-person life coaching available for participants too, as well as the services of various holistic healers, and we hope to add a coaching service for Web Support participants too.

At the end of the next cycle of training, toward the end of 2012, we will make the presentation materials available for individuals to apply on their own at home; with friends in a small group at home; as a life coaching resource for practitioners; and as the basis of presentations to larger groups in workshops. Our intention is to expand Life Mastery Training worldwide over the coming years.

“Why didn’t they teach me this at school?”

Posted on September 24th, 2011 in Site News, trans4mind | 2 Comments »

The established educational system is limited to preparing the individual for employment rather than life as a whole. Even many adult education facilities have that orientation, so that often one thinks, “Why didn’t they teach me this at school?” or “Where can I go to learn about this?” So many things one needs to know in life, or which could greatly enhance one’s life, are not easily accessible, and while the information is very often available on the Internet, many people are lost in its vast and chaotic space.

There’s so much that children need to know to live happy lives, which isn’t taught at schools and about which parents need help in being able to help their children – because the parents don’t necessarily know either! Communication skills; emotional intelligence; about love, sex and relationships; goal setting; time and stress management; dealing with money; concentration and reading skills; creativity; intuition; the basics of psychology, philosophy, spirituality; social conditioning and group behavior; the list goes on and on.

Our future depends on adults participating in self-directed ongoing learning to fill the gaps in their own education, and passing their knowledge on to their children from the earliest age possible.

At Self-Directed Learning we present a list of topics about which I feel many people are inadequately informed; I know I was, in some cases until quite late in my life, and we all have a way to go. Self-directed learning is life long.

This is an Internet search resource which you are very welcome to contribute to. Each topic has some links ready for you to check out…

“The mind is like a parachute; it works much better when it’s open!”

Posted on June 15th, 2011 in trans4mind | No Comments »

Our motto. We try to be neutral in the information we put across – particularly with topics like “What is God?” (recently added to our list of Life Challenge resources) – in helping readers to better understand these topics. For “truth” is unique to the individual perspective. For example, from the scientist’s material view, the world looks very different than from the more subjective emotional, intellectual or intuitive points of view. To you and me sitting here, we are first and foremost individual personalities; but from an enlightened, spiritual viewpoint, there is no separation, and we are truly at One with All That Is, we are God. Two widely disparate views – but both are true!

In argument, the ego presents a view from one level and says it is right; in truth, all the views may be “right” in their own way. Beautiful and ugly, good and bad, are opinions but not essential truth; essential truth is simply the unconditional acceptance of what IS, as it is, without judgment.

And yet we need discernment in everyday life; we want a picture we find attractive on the wall, not an ugly one. Judgmental views are only a problem when they are ego based, to make self right and others wrong – in short, when they present a barrier to unconditional love.

So… we always have to be aware of the context, when we make proclamations about how things are. And “truth” is always something the individual needs to discover inside themselves – what is true for them at their current level of awareness. And be open to revise that view, when new opportunities for learning and expansion of awareness occur. With compassion and empathy, we will understand that truth for others may naturally differ from our own.
